My immediate impression, upon visiting 32Red Plc Group's Dash Casino's thematically black and red website was that this is an operation run by serious people for serious gamers: Kiddies looking for Saturday morning cartoons should go elsewhere. This is perfect in my book, as I'm neither a kid nor looking for cartoons. Rather, I am seeking adult pleasures from a mature website, which is just as Dash Casino seemed to promise. It did not take long to realize that this online casino, licensed by the Gibraltar government, does, in fact, deliver.
Oodles of Games
Dash Casino seems to be one of the few online casinos that doesn't try to boast something like "we have over 100 games". This may be because Microgaming Viper supplies them with so many nobody could be bothered to either count nor guestimate. They even have some parlour games such as Keno and Scratch Card. While Dash Casino doesn't boast about the size of their progressive jackpots, they have a strong selection of progressive jackpot games including reel slots such as CashSplash 3-Reel, video slots such as Fruit Fiesta 5-Reel, video poker such as Jackpot Deuces, megaspin slots such as MegaSpin Progressive Major Millions, and table games such as Poker Ride.
Bonus and Promotions
What Dash Casino boasts about with good cause is their revolutionary Quick Cash Bonus System. Receiving their bonuses should be almost dreamlike in the simplicity. Their "No Hassle Bonus" promises "As soon as you have made the necessary deposit, your bonus will automatically be credited to your account". However, disappointingly, upon further examination of the promotional offers, you learn that you still actually need to actively submit promotional codes, before you begin to wager your deposit, in order to actually receive the bonus.
In order to try reconciling this seeming paradox, I took the liberty of contacting Dash Casino's Live Chat support. Within literally 10 seconds, I was chatting to Kerry who would neither confirm nor deny that the "No Hassle Bonus" description is misleading and even inaccurate, but relatively quickly though laconically confirmed that it is necessary to enter promotion codes, before disappearing on me without awaiting leave.
But, getting back to the Quick Cash Bonus System: While at many online casinos, you must wager all your real money before you can even wager with your bonus money, at Dash Casino, you play from your total balance; better still, your money is automatically moved out of your bonus balance and into your cash balance, in £10 increments, as you work through your wagering requirements. Each and every game contributes to the wagering requirements, although as with most online casinos, different games contribute differently and slot machine wagering from the gamble feature is not counted at all.
Perhaps where Dash Casino takes their name is that, after you have met the requirements for the welcome bonus - 500 bets or bets to the value of £5,000 -, they will let you dash to the bank with whatever winnings are in your cash balance, without needing to worry further about wagering requirements.
About that welcome bonus, while other online casinos may appear more generous, Dash Casino's 100% match up to £50 is nothing to scoff at.
Additionally, Dash Casino has a "monthly" match of 100% of up to £25. Unlike most online casinos, this offer superficially seems indefinite, or at least until they withdraw the offer. But then, you read the fine print to discover two problems: (1) Regardless of being called "monthly", the terms and conditions state it is only available once per player - not once per player per month. And (2) in contradiction to the Quick Cash Bonus System, you must actually place 250 bets or bets to the value of £2,500 before making a cash withdrawal.
Wishing to clarify the seeming contradictions, I contacted Live Chat Help again. By some chance with unknown probability, Kerry came back within 10 seconds, again confirming the offer, without acknowledging or reconciling any of the apparent contradictions. She then took the liberty of leaving again without awaiting confirmation of my satisfaction with her answers.
Loyalty and VIP
Dash Casino calls their comp program "Dash Cash Rewards" and patrons of Dash Casino automatically receive dash cash for almost every wager, though not every game is counted equally and only Silver Service members can earn dash cash rewards for wagering on progressive games. Depending whether you are invited into the Silver Service VIP program and the games you play, you'll earn one dash cash reward for every 5 to 50 chip bets. You may convert dash cash rewards to your cash balance in lots of 1000 with every 1000 units earned being equal to ten free casino chips.
Silver Service membership can either be gained by accumulating 10,000 dash cash rewards, or you may be invited by a casino manager. Once you've entered the Silver Service, you'll receive a 10% bonus for every 10,000 dash cash rewards accumulated thereafter.

While Live Chat at Support Dash Casino may not be the most insightful, they do respond quite quickly. However, most important by my book, Dash Casino is licensed within the British overseas territory of Gibraltar, instead of some third world country like Niger, so I can feel safe and secure knowing that if I don't win at Treasure Nile, at least I've lost to an honest operation. But then with a 99.09% payout at the tables, I'm not going to loose so often!
